  • Domestic Shipping (Turkey): Delivery within 2-5 business days (depending on the courier).
  • International Shipping: Delivery within 7-15 business days (depending on the courier and destination country).
  • All shipments are handled by reliable carriers such as Navlungo, DHL, or FedEx.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Shipping: Fixed shipping fee of 50 TL.
  • International Shipping: Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of the order and the destination.

4. Customs and Taxes

  • For international orders, any customs duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend contacting your local authorities for detailed information on customs processes.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
